Once again, audius was part of the KVD Service Congress, which was held digitally for the first time in response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

The KVD hosted this year’s successful event under the title "Knowledge, Efficiency, Sustainability – How service works in times of crisis” that was a prime example of the actuality of digitalization and its enormous possibilities.

From November 4 to 6, numerous industry representatives were part of an exciting dialogue on new developments and current market trends in the fields of technical service as well as service software, facilitated by this year's congress and associated trade fair.

The exhibition hall with almost 30 participating exhibitors was visualized in 3D and was open to visitors and exhibitors at all times. Life-like 3D avatars of the real contact persons were to be found waiting at the individual exhibition stands - for audius, Yasemin Heib and Christian Schilling sent their digital doubles into virtual space. This allowed stand visitors to clearly know "who" they were interacting with and to hold conversations with the representatives via chat function, telephone or video call. This is how digitalization works.
