In addition to optimised business processes of quotations and order processing, audius:Software & Consulting includes a complex price and discount calculation for services and software products (optional for licences with many variants: product configuration with the audius:Configurator).
Time recording for service orders, project business and given service orders are used for invoicing.
The licenced orders, rental and maintenance are intended for a one-off or periodic invoicing.
Delivery notes can be created for both, service orders and licence orders. System partners can also be integrated.
The sales and contribution margin calculations, integrated in audius: Software & Consulting, are interesting for consultancy and project management.
Services and project business are invoiced according to the work performed. Recorded employee times are being used for this purpose.
Products are invoiced according to their characteristics: Purchase licences only once, rental licences, maintenance and service after the due date. With periodic order settlement, invoicing for licences and service flat rates are taking place automatically on the due date.
The marketing functions provided within Dynamics 365 Sales are supplemented by audius:Software & Consulting with features for contact data management, customer segmentation and implementation of DSGVO requirements.
In addition to quotation and order processing, the business processes for licence products include specific product management with versions, features and licence details, also depending on the licence type. These are the basis for price calculations and billing periods.
The customer inventories provide information about licences used on customer's premises, including updates pending, contract extensions and test deployments.
Licence keys can be generated with external web services and they can be stored in the system.
To administrate licence products, audius:Software & Consulting offers processes for simple warehouse management. Possible suppliers are managed and supplier invoices created.
The warehouse management shows all warehouses, their stock and stock movements. It’s the basis for the order management.
