Sandra Honner joined audius in 2016. She is responsible for all marketing and PR activities of the audius Group.
For 25 years, the field service management made possible by audius has always been a step ahead of the game. As Microsoft’s first field service partner in the German-speaking countries, we utilize Microsoft HoloLens in technical field services.
audius.CRM Mobile Service interfaces directly with HoloLens through an app from one of our partners, Zühlke Engineering. This makes it possible to take advantage of mixed reality scenarios, which significantly increase technician efficiency in a number of ways:
Direct on-site support from office-based experts
Visualization of 3D models, including manuals for devices, machines, and other equipment
Direct availability of all mobile client functions in Microsoft HoloLens
Better yet, none of this requires an additional mobile device; technicians can handle all of the work steps involved using Microsoft HoloLens.
