There are two main areas of application: training providers use audius:Seminar for the digital handling of their business processes whilst companies with internal education programmes promote the know-how of their employees.

The daily work ranges from conception and implementation of individual services to attraction over their utilisation and invoicing. Events and functions have to be planned, marketed, resourced, booked and capacities have to be optimally used. 

The focus is on administrating participants and resourcing management. It includes registrations, quotations and invoicing as well as simple campaign management.

What is the advantage of the modular structure of the audius solutions?

The modular structure means that the industry solutions for education & events can also be implemented successively and additional modules can be easily integrated. The Dynamics 365 Sales standard forms the basis. The seminar and event providers can then select add-ons as required: From the management of participants to event planning, management and invoicing.

Is instructor management also supported?

In addition to the administration of instructors and teaching staff in the CRM system, portal access can be provided for instructors, guides, trainers or even members. These portals thus allow controlled external access to the solutions and provide access to relevant information.

How do the solutions map resource planning?

Depending on the customer’s requirements, audius can integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Service to plan limited resources such as objects, rooms and even people.
